I am asking all of the bay area to boycott Moe's Books on Telegraph Avenue. They are dispi-
cable cowards siding with the people who killed John Lennon. More than half a dozon times this
same, tall, nerdy looking, bespectacled man in his 40's with short hair has come out of
his store to harrass me and try to move me and my guitar and bill boards away from the
space three doors away from his shop. He openly, physically, displayed his thumbs down towards
me and my Lennon murder evidence against one of their store'e authors; Stephen King. In
fact, this man reminds me of how Stephen King looked in 1992 when he stood inches away from
me. At the time Stephen King was being found guilty of sex with a 15 year old in Belfast,
Maine. King was heavily fined for his crime but, because he gets government protection, the
media was not allowed to cover the incident. So, yep, Stephen King is a murderer and a pervert.
Moe's books has now come out and called the police because I was parked for 15 minutes
in the legal green space in front of their shop. I wasn't doing anything but sitting there,
in my van, listening to a tape I was playing to see if it was good before I left town.
In fact, I did leave the space as soon as the young man I was answering questions about my
website was finished, a few minutes later. Just minutes later officer Lee pulled up and
blocked me in and asked for all my papers; registration, insurance and licence. Yes, I
was in a yellow space, now, in my drivers seat, listening to the last song on the tape I just
bought and normally I would have been allowed to just drive off even though I don't have a com-
mercial licence plate. The other illegally parked, unattended vehicles right behind me were
ignored, one with a plate whose registration expired in July of 2010, four months ago, also
with a non commmercial plate. I was at least four doors away from the man who complained at
Moe's books and was no nuisance to him at all. This nerdy, preppy looking man came out as
the officer arrived to taunt me with the remark; "How's that working out for you?" Kind
of creepy, like Stephen King. He seemed like a bitter, jealous coward who envied my courage
and honesty, honestly.
The officer, in spite of my willingness to just leave, as I was in my seat and ready to go,
ticketed me anyway under the rational that it was a complaint driven ticket. She admitted
that, had I just mearly been sitting in my van in a yellow zone, that she would have just
asked me to leave. I am fighting this ticket because I feel it was generated by Moe's discri-
mination against me and that Moe's is going out of their way to harrass me. That the Berkeley
police used to harrass me in the 80's and 90's is legend, involving failed stings, set ups
and worse. The East Bay Express, an undercover, government rag, slandered me once with a
cover story to scare the natives off the truth back in the late 80's. Now I think that Moe's
might just possibly be in cahoots with the government, somehow, some kind of undercover
street spy, for all any of you know, meddling with your minds. After all, they sell books but try to
censor me. They remind me of the street imposter of me I've heard about that the government
is, apparently, mischaracterizing me with. Just plain, cowardly, sleazy and evil.
At any rate, Berkeley has stupid, jealous, blind phonies - after all, none of you
complained when media decoy Mark Chapman was allowed to just skip trial and conduct justice
behind closed doors almost two years after the crime and as much media silence.- Berkeley is
full of nerds who can't see past their hypocracy and the people at Moe's are the most rabid,
in my opinion. They deserve to be drummed out of Berkeley and never forgotten for their turn-
coat stand on Lennon's murder and the coverup. Many of you are of like minds. You like to
pat youself on the back how I must be a nut and all is well in America. Many of you would
rather make another buck off of a Stephen King book sale than take a stand against the
murder coverup of John Lennon. If you are one of these tragic, shallow, jealous, weak,
cowardly, spineless, turncoat, bootlicking, brainwashed, scared, blind phonies then shop
at Moe's. You both deserve each other.
If you really are good people and actually want to see Stephen King on world wide tv doing
the perp walk, in handcuffs, then tell all your friends; "Moe's Books sucks." Let them know
that their possible collusion with police to suppress my parking on Telgraph Avenue is an
attack on your right to know and is un-American, discriminatory, and amounts to harras-
sment and censorship. I probably could sue them for harrassment.
Neil Coonerty, owner of Bookshop Santa Cruz, WAS involved in a Santa Cruz police sting oper-
ation where I was jailed on national tv and branded a stalker of Stephen King by none less than
Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, Peter Jennings and even featured on now defunct "American Journal".
In reality, I was holding a sign ouitside one of King's booksignings, a huge sign, that read'
"STEPHEN KING
IS A MURDERER;
IT'S TRUE
OR HE'D SUE"
The phony trespass charge was dropped after three days of media lies about me were broadcast.
This was back in 1994, I think, and, while I was incarcerated for three days, unable to
even hear what was being said about me, you were all being brainwashed like monkeys.
Now Moe's is emerging as a possible partner in censorship with the Berkeley police.
The officer was just downright unreasonable and unfair and I do suspect collusion between
these two proven violators of my free speech rights and my rights not to be harrassed or discri-
minated against. This episode had a certain taint of set up about it. I was being used to
terrorize all of you as she kept me there, penned in with her car, for a half hour. A mes-
age to all of you; "Don't help him or we'll do the same to you." State terrorism.
If you buy another book from Moe's of Berkeley you are practically supporting the people who
murdered John and supporting the new symbol of your own hypocracy where Lennon's murder and
the media coverup are concerned.
Do I think that this tall, nerdy, bespectalcled man who has dogged me for years has met Stephen
King and may possibly be his secret friend? Yes, I do; That he is a sellout to all of you.
Think about that peace, love and understanding, progressive Berkeley. If you buy at Moe's you
are spitting on everything you can only pretend to stand for.
Get real, Berkeley. Anyone who is my enemy, and Moe's is, is also your enemy.
Run this possible police collaborator censorship scam tag team store out of business. Remem-
ber, it was precisely undercover merchants and infiltrates in San Francisco and Berkeley that
helped destroy all of you, the people, in the 60', and your streets still wear the concrete
barriers of those evil days like a constant threat by your government. Like an insult.
Is Moe's undercover? I truly think so.
Boycott appropriately and keep an eye on their regulars. You might learn who else is pro
Lennon murder coverup.
Even a non detective mind can spot big brother behind the wheel when both Santa Cruz and
Berkeley are both being equipped with major book stores owned by people who despise the
values of John Lennon and everything you people really do believe in and pretend to stand for.
I noticed, watching a tv documentary, that the Soviet Union so feared The Beatles that they
forbade their people to listen to them. I've always wondered were Nixon and Reagan pro So-
viet Union moles to commit such a blow to our nations confidence and well being by letting
Stephen King murder John Lennon. Now I learn that Moe's last name was Mockowitz. Go figure.
When I am famous, if your jealousy and apathy don't kill me, first, then I will use my
fame to dissolve "Moe's Books" and any other evil company that tries to protect the man who
murdered John Lennon. They shouldn't be in charge of what you read. It's pretty obvious.
There are hundreds of businesses in Berkeley that are political fronts with agendas. I think
that "Moe's" is in an unconstitutional relationship with the Berkeley police. Just like the
agent provacateurs and infiltrates that mind controlled and terrorized you in the 60's. Until then
I must remind all of you that "Lo go's Books" in Santa Cruz has also, and frequently, harras-
sed me there. So there is some philosophical slant where these book store owners are concerned.
No doubt Stephen King is lubricating someones palms in the backround. That IS his modus oper-
endi; He buys Bangor, Maine's silence and acquiessence by throwing ballparks and hospital
wings and University grants, etc. etc. at them while he is famous for being a cheap tipper.
It's all for buying the public silence. No doubt Neil Coonerty was given a reward for his
stunt at "Bookshop Santa Cruz". I do know that his son, shortly thereafter, was hired by The
White House as a page. That's right, mayor Coonerty's son got a White House job right after.
Is Moe's getting money or discounts or is Moe's just evil enough to want to protect their
cash cow? Gives a whole new understanding to the old phrase; "Yuppie Scum", doesn't it?
And now, for what's ailing all of Berkeley and the public; Haven't you all become yuppie scum?
I make Berkeleyites and Santa Cruzers uncomfortable for bringing them more truth than they
can stand up for. When I parade around with my website and evidence I put everyone on the
spot for being an apathetic, cowardly phony for not being able to respond with mass protest
like they used to have the spine to do. You know, before Reagan, Ed Meese, mace, Kent State,
concrete barriers. Those days, when Berkeley wasn't afraid of their government or their world.
That I am the only one in your midst who has not lost his spine is an affront to all of
you, so called, "good people". I am a reminder that all of you and all your friends and relatives
are without your spine or conscience, while I'm on the subject. You naturally resent my
guts just because I still have them.
I was there when the U.C. students chortled with pure glee when I told them that my father
had just died, suspiciously, in a plane crash. I know all about you and your wickedness.
Now, "Moe's Books" is that symbol of your phoniness and hypocracy and pure sin.
I am asking you to choose sides; Lennon Avenger or Yuppie Scum. Where do you stand? For if
you don't take a stand and remove my abused life from danger then you are yuppie scum who
only care about money and slavery. You are the root of the problem. The police, war,
fascism, media mind control, everything, is just a reflection of your own faults and sin.
Right now the watching world - and don't think that Asians aren't agast at you - is shocked,
shocked at your mindlessness, detachment, apathy and fear.
I need your help. December 8th is just weeks away. I will probably be at KRON TV station
at Van Ness and O'ffarrel in San Francisco. I have the killer's face and true identity printed
months before the crime, I have Mark David Chapman and his letter to the editor weeks before
the crime where he tells us all that Reagan is moving him, armed, into a hostile square; I
have government codes in the bold print of Time, Newsweek and U.S.News magazines that show
up only in the weeks before, during and after the crime, that plug into what's really going
on, but with Lennon's upcoming murder. The day of the crime, for example, just elected
Reagan is sitting under the headline; :"Who's In?""Who's Out?" next to Nixon's book, The Real
War, which discusses why "rock stars.." like John Lennon "must be assassinated." The book
is positioned up front, in the very foreground of both Time and Newsweek. The smaller head-
line below the Time photo reads; "Fitting together the pieces of a complicated jigsaw puzzle."
That, in fact, was my first clue, 28 years ago; "Reagan's In. Lennon's Out" in Time mag-
azine issue released the day of the murder.
Eventually I found that King is the man who was photographed getting Lennon's autograph,
not decoy; Chapman, and that King even writes about Mark, Johnny, Nixon, The Catcher In The
Rye, the "fellow who killed John Lennon",- a sentence found in three of his books,- and more.
When a girl in Santa Cruz asked him, point blank, if he killed John Lennon, he replied;
"No (dramatic, long pause,) comment"
In all this time King has never denied my claims, nor can he.
Why are all of you waiting for me to get killed while I get abused by shmoes like "Moe's" and
countless police agencies in the past? Why don't you people have the sense to care about
evidence that proves your evil government assassinated John Lennon and then lied to all of
you about it, after? Don't ask me to be nice as you taught me, already, it doesn't work.
The question is not do I have evidence. Everybody who claims I'm a nut knows I have evidence.
The question is what kind of people are you?
And as for Neil Coonerty, may a pox fall on him and his wickedness and may Santa Cruz be
free from his oppressive influence, and soon.
